I feel the service is great and reliable, it's a dedicated service and they do get results. I hope they can update their use of file transfer using Google. Thank you.
I cannot recommend Iain Mark highly enough. I have had too many bad experiences with unsavory lawyers. Iain Mark is the best I have encountered by a long shot. He did a remarkable job for me.
charged 1.6k to change a few lines of text in just the application, then said the price was over 4k - note: this has nothing to do with the actual Case and it took an alleged 8 hrs for that.. but here is the central issue, everything was laid out via Google drive, and docs, all the file with easy quick links.... but they had no idea on how to access and use Google docs. go figure??
Ian Mark Set it straight A great firm
Raea followed my strata matter for 3 years after another law firm mislead me and got me a bad result. He then tried his hardest in another hearing and achieved a much better result, he was definitely fighting up hill. I regret not using PBL from the start as Raea would of gotten a win in the first instance. Contrary to what the NCAT website says, you do need lawyers for hearings as the process has become so complicated.
