I called this company to ask a question concerning one of their products that was not covered in the product information guide. My calls made it to the receptionist who was polite, I informed her the exact product I needed info. about that was not provided with the product. My calls were forwarded from her and then were not answered or forwarded to voicemail, hung up on, someone picked up the phone and I could hear people talking casually in background about someone walking in some water but no one actually answered and spok... read more
