Reached out to PBI Construction to look at my skylight that needed replaced on October 11th. They were quick to respond with interest to come to the house for an estimate. Site visit was done on October 20th, confirmed that we approved the estimate and to place the order for the window on October 25th then he mentioned he would need to swing back out to get measurements which took until November 17th to complete.
