First I am not the offical customer, but they have been called to the condo complex where I live after a fire in the unit below the one I live in. So I have been affected by their work. And they have been very profesional. Curtous to the people in the building. Also since I live right above the unit that was damage by the fire, and was found the guy that use to live there was a horder, and flithy it caused a lot of smell in my unit, they did loan to me one of the large air purifers that they been putting around the building.... read more
Can't speak much to their work but whoever was driving the company truck clearly has no regard for the safety of anyone, including themselves. Speeding, swerving, driving in bus lanes, and texting while behind the wheel sends a terrible message about who you are as a company and would highly suggest, at the very least, not driving the company car if you're going to be so reckless.
This company was called at night to my son's dorm for mold removal. I was impressed that they came at 830 at night but was even more impressed with their level of customer service provide by Steve, the general manager. As worried parents in another state, Steve took the time to explain the remediation and calm our fears. He explained everything to us clearly and concisely.
