I didn't take the decision to have a labiaplasty lightly, I was anxious but from my first consult, Dr. Rainer made me feel seen and understood. The staff was warm, and the space didn’t feel cold or clinical like other surgical places I’ve been. Good service here really means something. The staff made me feel comfortable before my labioplasty. Dr. R answered all my questions and made sure I was fully informed before going into surgery. I apreciated how clean the center was and how attentive the nurses were. Their good service made a real difference during an already nerve racking time.
