Whoever is driving with license plate number 32004mb is driving with absolutely no precaution in Manhattan! I have my child in the car and they almost crashed into me! I will be filing several complaints because this is absurd! Absolutely ridiculous. I have never ever seen such a thing before. I can not believe that this truck was so close to literally crashing into my vehicle and would not stop! There is no way that this driver should be on the road. They are a danger to everyone else
