Worst warehouse ever. This was one of the worst transportation experiences I’ve ever had. Constant delays, zero communication, and customer service that either doesn’t answer or doesn’t care. Schedules meant nothing, promises were broken, and no one took responsibility for anything. I ended up more stressed and behind than if I had found another option myself. Save your time, money, and sanity—look elsewhere.
This review is for Seido Knives which is a company/product associated with this address. Seido Knives has made it extremely hard to leave negative reviews on any platform, so I am resorted to leave one here. I’ve received an intimidating email from them in response to my inquiry of a return and refund on an unopened and unused set of knives.
