We were very pleased with the service by Joe with PBC Locksmith. He arrived in a timely manner and was very pleasant to deal with as well as being knowledgeable about our lock issues which involved a complicated replacement. He made things exactly right and was professional in his work. Would highly recommend.

Customer Service was Phenomenal. Joe was very pleasant to speak with and thoroughly explained all of our options. Was available within hours on the day we called back to schedule our locks to be done. He made sure everything worked before he left. I highly recommend PBC Locksmith for any job big or small. Rates were reasonable and even charged us less then we were initially quoted!!! Thank you for making the transition easy!!!
Joe is a great Locksmith! He really knows his trade. I called him in the morning to ask if he could re-key our business door lock and he was here within 1 hour. He was quick, professional , courteous and we couldn't be more pleased with his services. This is the second time we have used him and we wouldn't call anyone else.
Joe was very polite and patient. He explained all my options and helped me get the best lock that fits my wallet. I would recommend to everyone one to use PBC locksmith LLC for all your locks need, I would definitely use their services again.
Joe was a pleasure to work with. We closed on a new home today and needed 5 doors rekeyed. He came promptly as prearranged. He was extremely respectful of the property, going to the extent of wearing shoe covering so that the floors were not dirtied.
