The engineer didn’t have much knowledge and his write up was so limited that anyone could have written better. I was a seller of a house and my buyer had outrageous claim from a contractor covering projects that I am not liable. This engineer simply said “Do as what the buyer contractor said”. Luckily, I had another engineer came that they and explain the situation as a settlement of house that had happened years ago. These guys are scumbags. They bill you then send you extra for a letter. Never use these second rate engineers
I had a very positive experience working with this company for close to two years. The work environment was positive and the employees were among some of the best people I've ever met. The only reason I moved on was due to a relocation to another state for important family reasons. Had I stayed in New Jersey, I would have remained with this company.
Paul and Adam are an amazing team. I intend to remove a wall in my new home and called PBA to help with the drawings. Adam and Paul were on site the next day, walked through the house with me, and shared many observations. Within 3 days, Adam already called me to share a few options to support the additional load. I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and their speedy turnaround. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
