Paul has been an amazing trainer over the past 4 years. I’ve hit some snags with arthritis in my knee but he has helped me to work through any limitations that are developing and I continue to get stronger. He listens to my concerns and then between us we develop a new approach. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Definitely 5*!
My experience with Paul was enlightening. He was very thorough in his investigation and explained in easy English what my underling issues were. I look forward to his assistance and encouragement in overcoming these.
