The one on one , ability to design an exercise/ workout routine even with balance and mobility issues is outstanding and I truly would recommend anyone stopping in to speak with Paul. Always great and accommodating.
Paul is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to his clients, and explain exercises to overcome physical problems or limitations. I really liked his way of communicating and demonstrating improvements to movement patterns to avoid injuries while working out. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to overcome setbacks or improve their strength!
