Great experience here servicing my VW GTI. I do most repairs and maintenance myself but I had a leak I just didn’t want to deal with myself. Quick response and quote via FB Messenger. They provided a loaner car (otherwise this would have been a deal breaker). Everything was done right. Doug even went beyond the quoted service and looked out for some common problem areas while my car was on the lift. None found (proof he wasn’t trying to up-sell me on more work). Bonus: the loaner was a hoot to drive!
Looking for a very experienced, honest, cost efficient and getting your vehicle repaired correctly the first time PB European will get you there ! For the many years that I have known Doug, he is the only person I trust to work on my own vehicles ! Once you experience the quality of work performed at PB European you will quickly wonder why you dealt with other repair shops and their often lack of workmanship !
I can't say enough good things about this business!! Fantastic quality work and that old time vibe where you knew your mechanic and they actually focused on the car not the profit first. Honest people.. exceptional service and repairs are expertly performed. You can't go wrong here!
