Awesome place to pick up from. Incoming snowstorm, was able to get loaded over 12 hours early and take my 10hr on property. I was 250 miles away at my appt time with the worst of the storm behind me!
There’s two places very near each other under the same name. Go to the address on your bills. Disregard any signs you may see that might instruct drivers go to other location to check in. If you’re at the correct Roemer address, check in there. I had a good delivery experience there after I wasted 10 minutes trying to follow signage directions. They put me in a door an hour ahead of 07:30 appointment and had me unloaded and out the gate 20 minutes later.
Best place, arrived 1,5h before appointment, got the door right away, was loaded in about an hour
3stars for friendly staff. But really slow. App time was 1700 checked in @0800 got a door @ 0830 and been sitting in the door for going on 5 hrs with not even a glimpse of starting loading me. And get this I’m the only one in a door. No one just me . Will update when I’m loaded .
