Scammers! Cornwell Quality tools experienced a data breach and my husband received a notice from Cornwell over it. Sensitive information was stolen from over 100,000 of Cornwell clients. We knew something was sketchy with these people when these so called debt collectors were asked to verify said debt they're calling about, this company gets angry and never provides anything proving the said debt. Regina at P&B capital group was AMAZING! She was very friendly. She validated my situation and actually believed me. It was an amazing experience working with them..
On the website it shows they have great customer service, they treat you with respect it states. They were the most disrespectful and confusing scammers to ever call me. They claimed I have debt, when I spoke with the lady and asked her to send me what they have. She said I am stalling and shes going to push my profile forward, sarcastically said to have a good day and hung up on me with no chance to get more details on what they claim to have. I have worked with this company for a while resolving a debt the called me about and they have been super nice and always given me as much information I asked for a spoke with a lady named Emily this morning and she was super kind and gave me all the information I needed and have me even better news than I was expecting
