This is was our fourth custom home and ended up being one of the most unpleasant experiences ever. PB Built does not stand behind their work. We should have know it was not going to go well when they started out the gate working off of the wrong set of plans. Prior to our one year warranty we brought to their attention our stair treads were failing, they sent out their painter who did the initial work, he was argumentative, rude and applied a new coating of varnish, he never resanded nor address the underlining issues. ... read more
