Dr Cho's office tried forcing me to book an appointment every 6 months just to renew my prescription. Including an annual physical, this would require at least 3 office visits per year. They told me this is required for audit purposes, but my new healthcare provider allows me to refill my prescription through their online portal for free. I'm convinced Dr Cho and her team want me to come in just so they can bill me & my insurance $200 / visit. The nurse practitioner walked in yawned at me and asked what i was there for. I just spent an hour explaining everything. Do your job and read it. Made me wait an hour just to tell me they didn't believe in massage. Then he told me he doesn't know anything about alternative medicine. Then he asked me to explain how acupuncture and massage work. What do you think they do at physical therapy? American health care system is trash because providers can't tell the difference between all the treatment types. Break my trigger point... read more
