They are definitely very professional. Makes you feel more at ease. Very nice staff.
I have been to the Cookeville office twice. On both occasions I saw Katie Bond. Katie is very professional while at the same time being sweet and kind and understanding. I had to have a procedure done. I was very tense/scared having had this same procedure done in the past and in the past I had found it to be painful. Both Katie and her assistant (a person from the Brentwood office) helped me to relax and made the procedure go well and without the pain that I had experienced in the past. I highly recommend Katie Bond.
