Things started out great (been going to them for over a year) but their organizational skills continue to get worse and worse. I dropped my membership with them because of it. Twice they didn't send lab orders for a blood draw, and twice more they sent the WRONG lab orders for a blood draw. I've seen messages that I've left my provider on their portal go unanswered for weeks. Then when I tried to call to schedule a follow up consultation, I was placed on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on. It just got too frustrating to deal... read more
Love the team at Pazona MD. They listen to what’s going on and come up with a plan that resolves the issue. They really care about the patient and they are very good with communicating with you. You always know what’s going on. If you haven’t seen them yet what are you waiting for. ;)
