Great Folks
Had surgery to remove a kidney stone, had ultrasound and xray done and they canceled my appointment and never called me with results. 2 months later i had to have a CT on my back and i had a kidney stone show up. I went to the hospital and got a print out on the results from the tests to find out i still had the stone after they did the surgery. They keep sending me a bill for 60. I kept telling them when they gave me the test results i would pay them, they kept saying some one would call me but they never have. Stay away!!!... read more
Horrible experience!!! Been trying to schedule a surgery they told me I needed for the past 6 months. No one can give me answers and no one answers the phone. Do not recommend!!
TLDR: their office is now "out of network for all insurances." Here's the details: I'd give five stars if I were only rating clinical experience, however... I had appointments and a procedure with this office in 2024, and then when it was time to schedule additional/followup in early 2025, I was surprised when payment was demanded in advance. This led me to verify this was being applied to my insurance deductible.... imagine my surprise when I was informed their office is now "out of network for all insurances." I rather enj... read more
I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Pazona MD. They made me feel completely at ease and had me feeling as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. The whole procedure was done in less than 10 mins and the recovery time was a matter of two or three days and even that was only light discomfort. I would highly recommend them.
