I went to another shop to get an oil change done and the shop I went to was utterly unethical and unprofessional. They not only put too much oil, but they also didn't tighten the drain plug and it caused an oil leak. I called Pazo to let them know about what I endured with the other car shop and Heather told me to come on in and they would take care of my car. Heather and her friendly staff did just that! I highly recommend Pazo Garage.
This is definitely the best family owned mechanic shop in the charlotte area. the team has been working on my vehicles also all my friends and families vehicles since they first opened. I highly recommend them for any service or repair thank you alex and the family!
i applaud them for taking a job that was already halfway started regardless of the quality of the work. i brought my 2014 550i in to have a job finished up which most shops wouldn’t do in the first place. the timing chain was put on incorrectly the first time which made them believe my motor was “locked up”. i spent days panicking because a n63tu crate motor is not cheap. my motor had to be torn down for no reason. car misfires constantly now and i get random codes that were not there prior. i can’t lie, the valve stem seal ... read more
I had the greatest experience there with Pazo’s Garage. The service there was excellent. The lady Heather was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. She really helped me out a lot with her expertise in her knowledge of mechanics and inspections. If you need to have your vehicle fixed or inspected; this is the place where you need to go to. Excellent service 👍
