Heather was so patient and helpful on the phone with me. When I walked in she gave me the same pleasant energy. I got my safety inspection done in less than 20 minutes!!! Loved the experience. Thank you guys for all of your help 😊
Pazo Garage have some very friendly professional workers. Heather in the office was such a pleasure to explain my need for my car over the phone and in person. Heather understood the assignment. The wait time was very reasonable being that this was my 1st time there and I had a radiator install with other work done. Heather is awesome! Visited this shop to get my inspection done and get a general work up, and they are very thorough — they let you know exactly what’s wrong, what the options are so that YOU can make the decision, and are highly communicative every step of the way! If I could give 10/5 stars, I would! THIS is where you want your car to be serviced.
