I brought my VinFast here for service and the technician who helped me when I dropped it off was great, super nice and professional. The person who handed the car back was also really kind. But everything in between was honestly really frustrating. I got a text saying my car was ready and that the shop was open Mon–Fri, 8–5. Great place to have your car repaired. I recently had someone get into a collision in my car and they were able to get the repairs done and help me with the process as it was my first insurance claim. They were quick with updates and responses. My car looks great and it was returned back washed and detailed.
