Absolutely loved this opportunity. I look forward to attending this conference for years and years to come. There is a lot of good information presented. And most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to actually take time to think about mental health (both my own and those I love).

I really appreciate the efforts PAZ is wanting to offer to help our missionaries. What surprised me is those teaching the class haven’t served a mission. I say this with respect because I thought I knew until I did a senior mission with my husband. I honestly had no idea what is expected of our missionaries along with the Mission President. I was in need of an attitude adjustment. Christina helped me view my situation in a healthier way. She helped me see ways I could make choices that were more authentic to the way I want to live. This was a really great class and it helped me in a lot of different ways. The instructors took the time to understand who we were and related what they were teaching to us personally. The instructors were also very knowledgeable in what they were teaching us as well and I really appreciated that. I was always able to feel the spirit every time I went and I would recommend this class to anyone who has an open mind.
