I had a terrible experience with Bryan. He scheduled my mowing at 11AM and complained the grass is too wet. It is mid August @ 95F and it is hard to believe the grass is wet from morning sprinklers. Anyways it is a 25$ to reschedule and when I canceled service he charged me a 25$ cancelation fee. It feels weird to pay cancelation fee when we do not sign up for any long-term service. Anyways I paid off the cancelation fee as he threatened me with a late fee if I dont pay.
