One of the best PI firms in LA, the attorney is very nice, the office workers always answer any questions you have. My case manager was Anush. She helped me get compensated for my injuries and settled my case in less than a year with a policy limit.
Very unprofessional, I never met them in person. Very bad communication with client. DO NOT USED THEM. Very rude and bad service.

Had my case 4 years ago and my case 2 years ago was closed and settled. They lied and told the specialist that the case was dropped even though i got my settlement years ago to avoid paying the 1k bill. I have been expecting a return call back and have reached out so many times to try to resolve this; they have yet to answer. I should not have to literally PAY for their mistake. Irresponsible people, they do not deserve your business. Don't waste your time.
