I was referred to a specialist from this clinic, but the referral process was poorly handled. After a long wait to see the specialist, the appointment could not be completed because required reports were not forwarded in advance. This was frustrating and avoidable. I expect better organization, communication, and follow-through which unfortunately was not the case in this instance. Hopefully this is improved as I continue to visit.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My dad went in the morning on my behalf with my health card and the original ER prescription to request a refill for pregabalin, which I was prescribed for fracture-related nerve pain. The receptionist said they would speak with the doctor after 2 pm and call us back. No one called. My dad followed up around 4:30 pm and was told they were still waiting to speak to the doctor and would call back within 10–15 minutes.
