Dr. Olson is super nice, and explains everything, so that you know what to expect. She talked me through a procedure that I had to have done, and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, given the circumstances. I had previously put off going to my wellness exam, because I could never find a provider I felt would focus on my concerns. I'm thankful I was referred to her.
Terrible bedside manner. "I'll be there for you if you deliver Monday through Friday, but if it's a weekend and I'm busy, you'll have to deliver with whoever they have at the hospital." Her medical advice may have caused my miscarriage. Do not recommend.
I switched doctors at 18 weeks pregnant, and I am SO glad I did. Dr. Olson and her staff are TOP notch. Everyone from Dr. Olson, to the nurses, and receptionists is so kind and truly cares about your well being. Any time I had a question or concern, it was immediately addressed. I never felt rushed or put off. Dr. Olson cared about my birth plan and by the grace of God, we were able to follow it. I had the BEST pregnancy and labor and delivery. Dr Olsen stepped in while my doctor was out and she truly was outstanding. I am a very nervous Nelly and had about ten million and one question before, during and after labor. I couldn’t have asked for a more reassuring and calming presence when delivering my baby. Her ability to coach you through labor combined with her experience led to a successful birth and so far a great recovery.
