After major tree damage from a storm, they came out and inspected my electric to make sure it was safe to turn on. A tree branch had crashed thru my roof leaving some exposed wires. After a quick inspection they determined all was good! They showed up in less than 24 hrs after receiving my request. And were so gracious to not even charge a service fee. 20/10!
Disaster struck and Payton Electric was there to help. Not only did they offer to work with me on payments, but they were kind, prompt and very professional. Without their assistance and prompt action, I would have been without power for days longer. With a newborn, I couldn’t have that. I also couldn’t pay immediately, Payton Electric took everything in mind and got my power on that day. They will be my go-to electric company from this day forward. I cannot thank them enough. —Nick
Payton helped add service to a new shop. The digging work was exceptionally rocky but they got it done. The whole team was respectful and prompt. They came back the next day to help with piling rocks and top-dressing the trench. I'll recommend them without hesitation.
