Building my home at the Reserve at Victoria through Paytas Homes has been one of the most frustrating experience of my life. The problems started when they didn’t update my floor plan according to what was written in our contract. From there, things only got progressively worse. Definitely not going to recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately it was recommended to me and I spoke with a woman named Dana and she was very rude and disrespectful and treated me less than. I will be taking my business else where.
We never wanted to build another home, until we drove through The Reserve at Victoria in Deland. I had been a Realtor for 20 years in the area and never heard of them. I was a bit skeptical until I met Justin and Dina in the model center. "Yes these finishes are all standard, yes the 3-car garage is standard, yes we cut the grass, yes the pavers are standard, yes we can customize some features..." - we are now the very proud owners of a gorgeous Birkdale and thrilled with the entire building experience from start to finish. ... read more
Unfortunately I have been very unhappy with my experience with Paytas Homes. Their customer service is has deteriorated dramatically. The company is not well run is its a shame for the real Paytas father.
