After having a horrible experience at a different jewelry store in town. And being at the right place at the right time meeting the owner of this stores wife. I took my ring in to get fixed and they did a FANTASTIC job!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this jewelry store and the people who work there. If you need any jewelry fixed I highly recommend taking it to them!!
I absolutely love this shop! They have a huge selection and great prices. James is so knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to shop there often!
Awesome people and quick service.
Service was good, but everyone has a bad day. I was there on that day. Prices went up on watch batteries. So very understandable.
Coming into a new town requires that you establish new relationships with everyone from your doctors to your jewelers and James was a rare find! Kindness is a commodity that is in short supply on most days, so thank you James. He cleaned my wedding ring at no charge and we became fast friends. I highly recommend Payson Jewelry and Coin.
