On June 15, 2026, I had an eye exam with Dr. Beeson and got an Rx for glasses. When I got home and checked the previous year Rx, it was exactly the same as the new one. The next day I went into the office and explained to the girl at the front desk that something was wrong, the Rx did not change. She was very snippy saying that's what it is as it's based off of the eyeglasses I had on. I left feeling like I was disregarded and ignored. I was half way home, turnedaround and went back. Friendly staff and I was impressed with the Dr. I was concerned about a stye underneath my eye lid, and they were able to get me in within 2 days.
I do not recommend place.
Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Myself and my family have been going here for YEARS. Troy and his team has always taken great care of us.
As for the eye exam, it went well. The Dr. was thorough. The problem I had was with the staff. Not that they are not nice, but I went in two times to have my glasses looked at. I could not see out of one of the lenses. Their solution was that "I" did not choose the most expensive lenses, and that the fit wasn't proper. So, an adjustment was made to the fit.
