The eye doctor was nice. But if you need glasses quickly go somewhere else. I was there on the 7th got my eye exam and ordered the glasses. Let them know I wasn't going to be in town long. Was ensured it would be 7 to 10 days. On 7th day I called to be told that's business days and hopefully by Friday. Call Friday to be told hopefully by Friday. Called to day and they say hopefully by you guessed it Thursday or Friday it's now the 22nd. Very unhappy. And here's to hoping they are correct. The wait is ridiculous.
I just had the best experience with this team of caretakers. All my questions were answered in depth, they took time to put me at ease, and no one tried to sell me on anything I did not need. I highly recommend Payson Eye Care for all your ocular needs.
Such a wonderful experience! Every one was very kind and happy and amazing at what they do! Felt very welcome and very pleased with how they handled my mom's eyeglass needs and even fixed her old glasses while she waits for her new ones! Awesome team!
Beyond dissatisfied with this place. Exams, way too expensive glasses way too expensive. While I was in the exam, the doctor asked if I was getting a contact exam with it as well. I asked him how much it would cost. He said $30 then I go to pay turns out that was a complete lie and it was like $60 or $65 or something. that was lie 1. Then I was told that the prescription for my contacts was going to be $100 for six months worth. Turns out that was a lie it’s $180. For the last 6 months I have been trying to get my lens replaced. I live an 1 hour and 15 min one way from the store. The lens cutter every single time is not there. I go in on the days she is suppose to be there....... but guess who's not there? If I wanted this type of experience I would have just gone to the VA. I will be finding another business that actually wants to take care of their customers.
