As for the eye exam, it went well. The Dr. was thorough. The problem I had was with the staff. Not that they are not nice, but I went in two times to have my glasses looked at. I could not see out of one of the lenses. Their solution was that "I" did not choose the most expensive lenses, and that the fit wasn't proper. So, an adjustment was made to the fit. The eye doctor was nice. But if you need glasses quickly go somewhere else. I was there on the 7th got my eye exam and ordered the glasses. Let them know I wasn't going to be in town long. Was ensured it would be 7 to 10 days. On 7th day I called to be told that's business days and hopefully by Friday. Call Friday to be told hopefully by Friday. Called to day and they say hopefully by you guessed it Thursday or Friday it's now the 22nd. Very unhappy. And here's to hoping they are correct. The wait is ridiculous.
I just had the best experience with this team of caretakers. All my questions were answered in depth, they took time to put me at ease, and no one tried to sell me on anything I did not need. I highly recommend Payson Eye Care for all your ocular needs.
Such a wonderful experience! Every one was very kind and happy and amazing at what they do! Felt very welcome and very pleased with how they handled my mom's eyeglass needs and even fixed her old glasses while she waits for her new ones! Awesome team!
