Went for the lap swim. They didn't have a lap lane open, but when I asked about it, they opened one up for me. Clean, good temperature, great weather.
We had a great time!
My family came here after I completed the Payson triathlon and while the facilities are beautiful and clean, the lifeguards were extremely strict. I know this is not their fault since they are teens, and represents the rules put in place by whoever runs the pool. First, we couldn’t get into the lazy river unless we use one of two staircases, which seems like a lot to expect when it’s a big river and kids want to jump in and out all the time. But whatever. If I could give 0 stars I would. It is not a safe environment for children or adults. Teenagers run rampant and unchecked due to no active authority. After my 7 year old, 10 month old and I endured physical and verbal abuse I sought out help and was told “there’s nothing we can do”. Hopefully one day the environment will be held to a higher standard and authority will be used to protect ALL PATRONS; not just the “cool” ones.
