The Payson City women's volleyball program is extremely disorganized, especially when it comes to tournaments. Over 60 women have paid for and committed to a tournament this weekend (Oct 18th and 19th), yet there is still no schedule provided. When we call to inquire about the times, we're met with rudeness. The staff decided to go on vacation without organizing the tournament schedule beforehand, leaving us with just a couple of days to prepare. Swimming lessons. I was hopeful with how much detail goes into each level that I would be impressed with the lessons here. When the coaches are instructing they are great. However for most of the days the kids weren’t even in the water for the first 5-10 minutes. When working on a skill there was minimal to no feedback to the students on how to improve or what was done well. Transitions were very long.
