A former customerBy Chris B I thought this was a very good, honest, and professional shop until last week when I took my car there. I live in Orem but I got my car to Payson for these guys to work on because of my past dealings with them. Boy was I disappointed! they charged $205.92 for diognostic and a battery then quoted me another $405 to change a fuel pump. Satisfied Customer I have a car that almost nobody will touch because its a bmw 325i. Not many mechanic in the area will look at my car and many have turned me down. But I ask Bri (the owner) and her said no problem. I was replacing my clutch and I thought I would almost have to take out a loan to pay for how much it might cost but he was actually really reasonable with me and finished my car the very day that it was scheduled. Payson Auto honest and anxious to save me money on repairs I have delt with Payson Auto Care in repairs to my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Hyundai Sonata. I felt that I have been treated fairly and have been told things that I might be able to so to make my own repair to save money.
wasted time they said i would be better of to go to the dealer. so i tried another shop and they had no problem repairing my car.this shop might need to be more updated to fix newer cars.
I won't ever come here again!!! I used to take my cars to Payson Auto Care because it is convenient for me. The LAST time I I was there I left very unhappy with the service I had recieved and decided to try another shop. When I recieved an estimate I was very suprised, it was around 1/3 less than what Bri had quoted me, and after the work was done I didnt have to come back to get something else fixed. Honest After dealing with a nighmare rip off shop call A Ok Auto and racing, coming here was heaven, they where honest and straight forward with me, and the repaired the mess A Ok auto did to my car. Thanks.
