RecommendedPaySmart is a great payroll processing service. The software they use is so user friendly, the staff is always available to answer any questions that we have regarding payroll or other HR related questions. So glad we made the switch to a local company that is willing to help out.

Taking advantage of a non profit organization is unacceptable! Quick to make the sale, not so quick to do the right thing. Be very cautious when choosing this "company" for your payroll service!

PaySmart has been incredibly helpful since day one. Their app makes it so easy for our employees to punch in and out on the go. They took the time to have a 1-on-1 session with me to be sure I understood everything involved with the app and submitting payroll through the hub. When I did run into an issue (usually because I was doing something wrong!!) they were extremely prompt in getting back to me to resolve things. They know all things payroll and I'm extremely confident using them! 5+ stars!!
