I got lucky when I was looking for someone to fix my rental house's furnace. I had someone else working on it and wanted someone else's opinion before buying a new furnace. Rob came out the same day and got it working. Super nice guy over the phone and reasonable rates. Couldn't be happier

Pros: -quick response -personable Cons: -not up front with pricing -did not fix my issue My home A/C was running all day and not catching up to the heat. Charged me $75 to show up. That's fine. Proceeded to charge another $200 to not fix my problem. Just took refrigerant out of my unit. That's it. My unit remains on all day. I love to support local but will definitely be looking elsewhere the next time I call an HVAC technician.
