Pros: -quick response -personable Cons: -not up front with pricing -did not fix my issue My home A/C was running all day and not catching up to the heat. Charged me $75 to show up. That's fine. Proceeded to charge another $200 to not fix my problem. Just took refrigerant out of my unit. That's it. My unit remains on all day. I love to support local but will definitely be looking elsewhere the next time I call an HVAC technician.
Rob is the real deal. He is a level above the average AC tech around here. We had a complicated problem and he powered through to get everything working. I highly recommend Rob for any AC needs you may have. Good communications, knowledgeable, on time, etc.
A/C issues, Robert was very quick to respond and got us up and running. Super service and very knowledgeable!!!
