Damage my driveway and 2 of my neighbors. Call 3 times, doesn’t want to fix it.Not showing up or very late during storm. Not worth the savings
Bad service. The other companies in our neighborhood all ready cleaned everything but our guys are still sleeping. Or drinking coffee in Tim Hortons. Will not sign with them next year for sure.
Bad first impression. I switched to this company this year as a recommandation of my neighbour. Nov 12, 2019, after a over 20cm snow, I wake up and found my driveway was not cleared. I called the company but no one actually answered. Then I sent an email but no one replied. That means I had to shovel the snow myself for a small path to get my car out of the garage.
