Beware - they are NOT experts. The actual payroll part is not bad, long as you get a good payroll rep, the tax or liability area is where you need to be careful. They don't respond to calls or emails, it took months for me to get a simple answer about a state tax that I ended up paying to prevent a larger late fee, I have the email with the dates on that one, they didn't provide quarterlies unless I asked for them???, they just don't have good customer service skills at all. The best implementation for a payroll and HR system ever. The team was very patience, kind and fulfilled each task I asked without any problems. Every phone call and emails were responded to quite rapidly. Great Job - Sabrina, Alexia, Bill, Mike, Mary and Lisa. Wow, what a team of experts from sales presentation through running our first pay with Payroll Experts.
We hired Payroll Experts in our medical office. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and went above and beyond what was needed to do. They found issues from another payroll company and promptly took care of those them. Anytime we had questions and we had many, they were answered quickly. Their customer service was excellent and staff very friendly, they truly care about their clients. I highly recommend Payroll experts.
Had a very poor experience with their knowledge, customer service, and action to major mistakes they made while processing my payroll for my company. After almost 3 months of trying to rectify the situation I finally moved on and had to cut my losses. Not worth my time or effort anymore.
Great company with a great staff! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Treats customers like family.
