I, too, am a victim of Paypro's embezzlement. It has been a tragedy for myself and many other small business owners in Utah. I would just like to clarify the last comment made. Preferred Accounting was once owned by the same family that owned Paypro, but in December of 2012 it was purchased by Cammi Jensen who has no connection to the previous owners. Chris Swan and Michael Iwaniec have participated in a multi-million dollar embezzlement via PayPro and Preferred Accounting. They also have an insurance company called Preferred Insurance Company. These guys are crooks, they are being investigated by several government agencies, including the IRS, etc. They are filing bankruptcy and are now being pursued civilly and criminally for a millions of dollars of other peoples money they took for payroll taxes and kept for themselves.

Payroll tax embezzlement from PAYPRO PAYROLL PROFESSIONALS....this company in Salt lake at 6774 s 1300 e has embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars or more from a lot of us small business owners. They took money out of our business accounts for our quarterly taxes and showed us they sent the payments into the IRS. They DID NOT.
