This service provider id full of impolite, rude and unprofessional people. They have a special capability to hire most unprofessional and ugliest rude people from New York City. Today I have been there. Especially the lady with glasses. Do no interact with her.
Be aware of the blonde woman that works there, count your money in front of the window, she has a scam going on where she steals a 100 from checks cashed, it happened to 4 more people cause I heard it from the co worker, when I put the complaint, nobody did anything about it and also stopped answering the phone, be careful, these people are not trustworthy.
This is the most ghetto location in Queens Blvd. The employees are lazy, scream at clients, ignore clients and refuse to cash the checks. Very unethical and unprofessional staff
The worst place ever. Now they are stealing money from US seniors citizens checks. What a shameful company. With the bad attention , the lazy people that works there you are worthless. I hope you close very soon. Mf.
