My family and I have had regular appointments with Dr Payal Gupta for 13 years. Dr Gupta is very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She records the condition of my teeth using notes, pictures, and x-rays for future comparison.
I didn’t feel listened to during my appointment. My concerns were brushed aside without proper explanation.
Hi everyone I'm sharing terrible experience with this dental clinic. The dentist cleaned my son’s teeth ineffectively last week. I found this one, when x-ray was done. I simply approached if they could fix the problem, mentioning I would provide them with the x-ray. They asked me to pay consultation fee. I felt they are not genuine and wants to rip you off.
