I called to request a quote and spoke to Stephanie Watts. She told me she'd send the quote by the following day. When it didn't arrive, I called again a week later, she said she'd send the quote the following day. I have emailed twice to inquire on the status. It's been 3 weeks. They clearly don't want my business.

Just bought a new car and tried to add it to my policy, call main Missoula number at 4:10pm and phone rings several times and no one answers the phone. Then a message says someone will call you back .... still waiting. Wow, maybe if I call my carrier direct they will answer the phone.
