This was a great company when it was paynewest I used them for 5 years. Once Marsh and McLennan took over it became terrible. I never know who my agent is. I've had at least 4 different ones since they took over. My last agent is not a nice lady. I have called and tried to make sure my policy is not renewed as ove went with another agency. Due to the fact of terrible customer service. I have had such a difficult time even not renewing my policy. If you're looking for business insurance this is not the place to go.
Monica got us the best rates on our Mortgage insurance then followed up the following year. Impeccable service!
