Kimberly Scott at Marsh McLennan was professional and delightful from the first phone call. Kim was very interested in what we wanted and what our needs were. She gave us several great options for our situation and then recommended what services would be best for us. Kim followed through and did everything she said she would do. We could not be more pleased with her service and recommend Kim highly.
I can't believe I have only just met Kimberly Scott in the past month. Her customer service is awesome. My prior agent never contacted me, had no interest in saving me money, and just referred me to an 800 number when I needed to make a claim. Kim has saved me many dollars, answered all my questions and insisted she is the first point of contact if I need to make a claim. It’s so refreshing to deal with Marsh & McLennan Agency; so if you haven’t reviewed your company lately give them a call and save some hard earned money and don’t be bad like us.
Don’t waste time talking to this agent. I would rather she says straight unable or even unwilling to provide quote. I went to her office she says she will look into and provide quote back to me shortly but I never get any response back.
