They did a outstanding job re-upholstering an old chair that I brought in. It used to have a horrendous fabric but Mr. Payne made it a million times better with a different fabric. This was done a few years ago but the quality of the work is impeccable. It is now my favorite chair!
I needed new foam in my sofa cushions as they had become too soft. I called Payne's in the morning hours, got a very reasonable estimate, arrived at the shop by noon and had new cushions by end of day. Dennis was so helpful, ensuring I got the right support. Amazing service.
Love the work he did on my late mother-in-law rocking chair. The seat is so comfortable now.
Before picture will post after when it's done. I have had two other rocker upholstered there and one recliner. They all have turned out beautiful. Dennis is a true expert at his craft.
