Poor is as low as this would let me go, horrible would be better. They are an "authorized" service center for Milwaukee Tools and the directions they gave me when I called them were to mail my defective battery back to them and they would replace it because of a warranty issue. These are also the instructions that Milwaukee gave me. I spent $11 sending the battery to them and the same day got a call that they would not honor the warranty but that I needed to contact Milwaukee. Poor product knowledge – Took a tool in for warranty repair. Date code was withing warranty peroid. Was told warranty was only 1 year. Parts not available for these cheaper tools. Warranty for tool is 3 years as verified by manufacturer. Part was a failure and repair is covered by warranty. I would recommend caution in considering to do ant type of business with this company.
dont waste your time if you work hard for your money – to start with they are only open mon-fri until 5pm, very hard to get up there if you are lucky enough to job. the manager and employees attitudes are rude, and insulting. i had to return an item and both the manager and the employee acted as if i was trying to push one over on them. i told them what the website said about return policy was. they called the manufacturer and said "i just need to know if what he said is truthful" and instead of returning my money to my cred... read more
