My family has always taken our cars to Paynes when there are issues. My grandparents took their cars to Paynes. The folks that work there are great, friendly, know their stuff, and are up front with you about your car. They are really the only people I trust with my car when something goes wrong.
My partner and I have a beloved 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback we've had for years now, and we get all our repairs at our local auto shop, Payne's Auto. They obviously have excellent reviews here on Google and Yelp, but we actually heard about them via word of mouth from a neighbor who had been their customer for years. We've gotten tires, spark plugs, bent wheel rims, engine mounts and more replaced or fixed at Payne's. Our most recent repair was the engine mounts. Just left Paynes from picking up my vehicle. Incredibly happy with the experience. Extremely fair pricing, friendly service, and got me out the door in just a few hours. Had previously gone to a national brand in the area and they said I needed about 5x the amount of work done than what Payne said was needed. Will definitely be back.
