John, the owner came out to do the job himself. He constantly kept me apprised of what was happening. He took extra time and effort to do the job perfectly and paid attention to the little details that make it look and work well. He was continually cleaning up after himself. Great finished project and great working with him. I’ll definitely call them again for future projects.

He came for septic lift pump replacement and installation. John Payne came to our residence after notifying us by text that he was on his way. He identified the problem within 15 minutes and we discussed what was needed to fix the problem. I let him know what materials I wanted and he provided an estimate with warranty information. He ordered the parts he needed that included a pump and associated piping and connections. Beware. The company will charge you for estimates and trip charge without telling you. I asked for an estimate and was never informed in writting, verabally or in any othre form that I would be charge a fee for $300 since they were not selected for the job. A very decpetive practice.

Jesse came out today and fixed a clogged pipe we have had to deal with a bunch of times now. Super professional upfront about what could happen and fast and thorough!
