Replaced 20+ year old furnace and air conditioner in May of 2025. They were very professional and not a single problem or complaint. Highly recommend they be one of the companies you consider when you need heating or cooling work done. They hauled the old units away and left things clean and better than before they arrived.

Paynes was amazing! They scheduled us quickly and gave us a date and time they would be here, unlike others who give a window of several hours. They were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced!!!
I called them up they came in and figured out the issue. No up selling or getting dicked around. I was very impressed with the service all around.
Had issues with an old furnace that he fixed many many times. When it was finally time to upgrade used them to purchase a new furnace. Had a question about the furnace a couple of years later called them early on a Saturday. Walked me through cleaning a flame sensor. Up and going in about 15 minutes. Great service. Refreshing to find a company so dedicated to customers.
