Paynes was amazing! They scheduled us quickly and gave us a date and time they would be here, unlike others who give a window of several hours. They were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced!!!

I called them up they came in and figured out the issue. No up selling or getting dicked around. I was very impressed with the service all around.

Had issues with an old furnace that he fixed many many times. When it was finally time to upgrade used them to purchase a new furnace. Had a question about the furnace a couple of years later called them early on a Saturday. Walked me through cleaning a flame sensor. Up and going in about 15 minutes. Great service. Refreshing to find a company so dedicated to customers.

This company is great, installed our furnace on our new build ended up having an issue and Jason came out right away, replaced the part at the end of the day on a Friday and was gone within 10 minutes. Great service, good prices. Excellent people.
