Absolutely one of the best experiences with a company I have ever had. Previous HVAC technician was in over his head and partially wired wrong parts into my unit and ultimately abandoned the job. Harold was able to come within an hour of calling, restored my unit to its factory configuration, very quickly diagnosed the failed relays, and had my system back running in no time at all. I highly recommend Payne’s Heating & Air if you need HVAC work.

My AC Unit was not cooling like it normally does! I live in the Hartselle area and I went to google and typed “a/c repair Hartselle AL”. It gave me several names and Payne’s Heating and Air had a 5 star rating so I clicked on them! I called and left a message. Mr. Harold Payne called me within 10 minutes. They were on another job and would be later in the afternoon to make service call. They arrived at 4:30 pm and diagnosed the problem with my older unit.
