Our A/C went out in the evening and Harold was able to come to the rescue the very next morning! Highly professional, helpful, and honest about the issue we were facing. He was able to get us all fixed up and cooled off before the holiday weekend.
Mr. Payne and his employees are always so helpful and informative! Their professionalism and kindness goes a long way. He has open dialog and transpareny regarding HVAC unit needs. He was able to work me in on short notice and he delivered and installed a new AC unit in a more than acceptable time frame.

Absolutely one of the best experiences with a company I have ever had. Previous HVAC technician was in over his head and partially wired wrong parts into my unit and ultimately abandoned the job. Harold was able to come within an hour of calling, restored my unit to its factory configuration, very quickly diagnosed the failed relays, and had my system back running in no time at all.
