Harold and his boys are just absolutely fantastic! We’ve used their services for about 5 years now, but haven’t needed them since we moved to Hartselle. My AC Unit was not cooling like it normally does! I live in the Hartselle area and I went to google and typed “a/c repair Hartselle AL”. It gave me several names and Payne’s Heating and Air had a 5 star rating so I clicked on them! I called and left a message. Mr. Harold Payne called me within 10 minutes. They were on another job and would be later in the afternoon to make service call. They arrived at 4:30 pm and diagnosed the problem with my older unit. Harold and his guys were outstanding. Came out within 2 hours of my call. Very thorough in their evaluation of our AC system. Diagnosed the issue and corrected the problem. High quality and integrity. Highly recommend Payne’s.
Best service around Cullman and Hartselle area. I recommend them with the highest regards, and will continue to call them for any HVAC issues.
