My AC Unit was not cooling like it normally does! I live in the Hartselle area and I went to google and typed “a/c repair Hartselle AL”. It gave me several names and Payne’s Heating and Air had a 5 star rating so I clicked on them! I called and left a message. Mr. Harold Payne called me within 10 minutes. They were on another job and would be later in the afternoon to make service call. They arrived at 4:30 pm and diagnosed the problem with my older unit. Harold and his guys were outstanding. Came out within 2 hours of my call. Very thorough in their evaluation of our AC system. Diagnosed the issue and corrected the problem. High quality and integrity. Highly recommend Payne’s.

Payne’s is the absolute best! Harold Took time out of his Sunday on a holiday weekend to fix my AC issues! He answered when no one else did, was patient, understanding, and very reasonable with pricing! He even took the time to tell me what was wrong and walked me through how to fix it in the future! Highly recommend!!
