Erin does not respond to any email correspondence nor does she follow up with current clients. We began an elderly abuse case after my grandmother was discharged from the nursing facility after suffering medical neglect, and once she received all medical records and documents to review she did not follow up or respond to emails. All that work for nothing, no motivation or devotion to her clients.
It's amazing. Such caring and concerned lawyers that work here. I truly believe this, but that's because in all transparency I'm one of the lawyers that works here. If your loved one has been harmed while in a long-term care facility we want to help.
