As someone who runs a small business, reading these bad reviews, you can tell these clients were obnoxious Karens with unreasonable expectations . Take their complaints with a grain of salt. Eg the person complaining about needing the consult for thyroid medication- yes ,it is a legal requirement every 6 months ,and that's not the vet's fault . " I will never come back again ". Trust me, you just made the staff very happy! Love from Phil, who would not be alive without the vet's concern.
