I had such a great experience with this garage. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and genuinely cared about my safety. They took the time to explain everything clearly to me and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I felt like they truly had my best interests at heart and didn’t try and take advantage of me being a young woman. I will definitely be coming back for any future work. Thank you!!!
They quoted me $750 for the replacement of the lower control arms. I was overcharged significantly, and it feels like they took advantage of me and marked up the prices by 50% after the service. The service should have been $1000 but they increased it to $1555 without a heads-up and inadequate explanation. Lack of transparency and honesty is appalling. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
